This project presents a luxury residence in Guanacaste, designed around the principles of coastal living. Defined by clean architectural proportions, expansive glazing, and warm natural materials, the home embraces light, openness, and a strong connection to its tropical surroundings. Earth-toned finishes, wood textures, and carefully framed views toward the golf course create a calm and refined atmosphere throughout both interior and exterior spaces.

The design responds directly to the site’s natural topography, stepping across the terrain through layered levels that integrate naturally with the slope. Outdoor living becomes an extension of the architecture, with generous terraces, an infinity pool, barbecue area, firepit, and landscaped gardens that soften the built form. The facade is carefully balanced through proportion, material contrast, and vegetation, creating a residence that feels contemporary, warm, and connected to its environment.

Inside, spacious bedrooms, open social areas, and abundant natural light reinforce a sense of comfort and simplicity. Every space is designed to support a relaxed coastal lifestyle, blending architecture, landscape, and materiality into a cohesive living experience.
