CASA COVE

About

This project explores a residential concept in Guanacaste designed as a condominium community centered around tropical living. Each home is organized around an interior patio with a swimming pool, creating a private outdoor core that becomes the heart of daily life. The layout encourages openness, natural ventilation, and a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The architectural language combines natural stone, wood, and metal to shape a facade that feels warm, contemporary, and grounded in its surroundings. Tropical landscaping is carefully integrated throughout the property, framing pathways, softening architectural edges, and reinforcing a lush coastal atmosphere. Vegetation becomes an essential part of the experience, adding texture, shade, and privacy.

Inside, the interiors are designed for relaxed coastal living, with open social areas, abundant natural light, and a neutral material palette. Wood accents bring warmth and continuity throughout the spaces, balancing simplicity with comfort. The bedrooms are conceived as cozy retreats, offering a calm and intimate atmosphere that complements the home’s connection to nature.
