EVERTY TOWER

This was one of our first commissioned projects, and it marked an important milestone for our studio.

Back in 2021, we worked with Jaime Rouillon Arquitectura to create the visuals for this competition proposal, all within a 24-hour rush. With such a tight deadline, we had to quickly understand the design, figure out the right atmosphere, and focus on the views that best captured the architectural idea. The proposal went on to win the competition and later moved into construction.

The project itself was a bold office building for Barrio Dent, built around sculptural concrete forms, deep shadows, and a strong presence on the street. Large U-glass surfaces bring in light and transparency, especially on the lower floors and rooftop, softening the weight of the concrete and creating a balance between solid and open.

Looking back, the 24-hour deadline makes this project even more memorable. It’s a good example of how clear visual decisions and strong storytelling can get an idea across, even when time is tight.
