ATTALI

About

Designed as the second phase of a larger residential development in Escazú, this series explores the relationship between architecture, landscape, and shared living. The project brings together three high-end residential buildings connected through a network of gardens, pathways, and open green spaces that create a sense of continuity across the site. Rather than functioning as isolated towers, the buildings are arranged to frame a central park — turning the outdoor experience into a defining element of daily life.

Phase II introduces the second and third buildings, extending the language of the development while reinforcing its connection to the surrounding landscape. The architecture balances privacy with openness, allowing each residence to engage with views, light, and the greenery that flows between structures. At the heart of the project, the Casa Club acts as a communal anchor, housing amenities such as a gym, coworking spaces, and social areas that support a more connected residential experience. Together, the buildings, gardens, and shared amenities create a residential environment that feels cohesive, walkable, and quietly luxurious.
