EVERTY TOWER
About
Created as part of a competition-winning proposal for Jaime Rouillon Arquitectura, this project explores a bold architectural language shaped by mass, contrast, and presence. The building rises as a sculptural concrete form — expressive in silhouette and unapologetically monolithic — establishing a strong identity within the urban fabric of Barrio Dent. Its brutalist character is softened through moments of transparency, where expansive U-glass enclosures introduce lightness and diffusion at the lower levels and crown the rooftop volume with a quieter, luminous contrast.
The composition is defined by tension between weight and openness. Concrete planes project with confidence, creating deep overhangs and dramatic shadow, while the translucent lobby enclosure dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior. The rooftop volume continues this dialogue, appearing lighter and more atmospheric against the solidity below. Designed for contemporary workspaces yet driven by architectural expression, the project balances functionality with a strong visual narrative — a building conceived not only for performance, but for lasting presence.
